Prince Frederick Design Competition Prince Frederick, Maryland This first-place entry by Muse Architects and Graham Landscape Design proposed the development of 300,000 sf. of additional development within the order of the traditional main street plan of encouraging growth within a network of streets, squares, gardens and parks, thus reinforcing the character of the traditional southern Maryland town, and allowing the retention of adjacent rural landscape.
