The New Edward T. Lewis Quadrangle Residence Hall St. Mary’s County, Maryland This 47,000 sf. student housing complex was inserted into the campus plan as a courtyard composition of three dormitory buildings, housing 216 students, and a fourth building containing common recreational and study facilities for the students. A loggia carved into the base of all four buildings provides for continuity around the courtyard, as well as covered access to the facilities.
